OMG! I'm so overdue in posting about the services of this business! I'm so thankful for taking a chance on them. These guys are very professional and most importantly the job they did was outstanding! But don't take my word. See the before and after pictures!!! I appreciate them so much! When I called Ed was so honest in saying that gutters usually get done around end of Fall after all leaves are down. I told him thanks for the info though my gutters need cleaning now. Ed was in my neighborhood in the fall. Knocked on my door to power wash my home, I said yes then there was a problem with his machine he would be back Monday. no show no call. I decided to give second chance called him April 2024, he said he would be here Tuesday, April 16 again no show no call. this man is not dependable. read more

I've have Ed for a number of years to power wash my home and he does an awesome job. He also installed gutter guards on my spouting last year. He now has a young guy working with him, John. This year when they came I asked them if they do any construction work. My deck needed some new flooring and new railings. They made me an offer that I couldn't resist. Called Ed after finding a flyer in my mailbox. His main concern was racing through the job to get to the next person. Or perhaps I should say next sucker. Work done slap-dash and not at all conscientiously. He missed sides of a dormer completely, missed sections of gutter and soffit, missed downspouts, skipped an awning cover connected to the siding, didn't rinse siding enough. Spent a little over two hours on a 2600 sq ft. home. Impossible to do a good job in that time. Charged $300 for the time. I should not have paid and feel ripped off. Cannot recommend. read more

Ed has been cleaning out my gutters and making my home shine since the early 2000's. My mom uses him, my father uses him, and so do I. He is always on-time and does a very nice job. We arranged for Ed to pressure wash our weekend place in the Poconos (we live 1.5 hours away). Ed was quite responsive to our original call, and we exchanged messages and calls in order to book a date/time. He wanted to come at 8:00 am - we explained that we did not live there so would need to drive up the night before. We agreed to the date and we drove up (my husband was not feeling well but we went anyway since we had the booking). Ed did not show up. We called him and left messages and finally left around noon. We left him several messages - never even called us back. My husband was concerned that perhaps Ed was ill or had an accident - so he called him 2 weeks later and left a message (from a different phone number). Ed called back - and had no explanation for standing us up. My husband explained that we had made the trip (3 hours round trip and GAS). Ed had no explanation other than he's really busy. He offered to book us again - no offer of a discount or anything. We will find someone else - we will not take a chance on an unreliable vendor. read more

First appointment I had with him he cancelled last minute. Second appointment he called 15 mins after the appointment time and said he'd be an hour and a half late. I told him I had to leave for work and he wanted me to pay him when I left, before the job was finished...? Also broke 2 of my solar lamps and left both my gates open and my dogs almost got out of the yard. Not professional. read more
