I wrote this on google and then Ms Allen responded by complaining I was being "abusive" So, in addition to terrible service, I see that Ms Allen cant deal with customers who have written precise descriptions of what they experienced at her agency (and who actually bothered to note that they got good service till a year ago). So Ms Allen's response to complaints about poor service is that it is abuse. You can see the level of "service" in her response. STAY AWAY
