This bank has predatory fee structures and banking practices. I closed an account with them by…read moreremoving all funds. They kept the account open and started charging a whole bunch of fees. Never so much as a phone call about the issue. When I finally became aware customer service treated me like a deadbeat and failed to resolve the issue in a satisfactory manner. I have also asked multiple times for them to send a complete breakdown of all of the fees charged to the account and still have not gotten it as of the time this review was posted. Avoid this bank at all costs, they are not trustworthy
