The policy was written only insuring one of the deed holders and and his wife who was clearly not on the deed. After the family discovered the deed fraud there was a fire and the house burned down. After the fire a report was made to the Cherokee County Police department. Mr Erwin was the adjuster on the claim, he was contacted by the police and lied to the detective during the investigation. Mr. Erwin ignored the deed manipulation, the forged Property Tax information card, and 3 sworn statements by the 2 people claiming nobody except them had a financial interest in the property. All of which was brought to Mr. Erwin's attention. The claim was settled against the other deed holders request to wait until we got the policy straighten out and only the 2 people falsely on the claim received money for the fire. Not only have we lost our home do to deed fraud and a fire, we have also not received any compensation from the policy do to the incompetence of this company.

After paying for auto and home insurance for 5 years, my car broke down one night while on a trip. I called Allstate and they could not find my policy and therefore would not help me. This is called Bad Business Practices. A policy is a contract and each party has to abide by it. Allstate apparently no longer believes in their obligation. The didn't believe me but I cancelled my policies immediately and changed to another Company. It's only about the money. Don't be fooled.

Farley added an 11% increase for "inflation" & an additional 20% for "new" fees. Doing this without notification and our consent is fraud. It is criminal. Farley, without our knowledge or consent, also set the loss of use limit to max, personal property limit to max, and lowered the deductible. All to increase their profit, fleecing clients. We own the same home right next door with the same coverage but it is insured through a different agent and there was not any premium increase for the same time period. For those thinking of using Farley, dont. For those insured through Farley now be very careful. We suggest you find a different, honest agent.
