"I didn't read that clause in the policy", is an unacceptable response from someone who's job is to read everything prior to selling you a policy. Our small business policy might not have paid them as much as a larger corporation's policy, however, we shouldn't be left having to rebuild on our own due to a lack of basic reading comprehension skills. The lack of compassion and empathy is infuriating to say the least.
