They even threatened to cancel my homeowners policy after a second claim for the same roof damage. It took me calling the CEO's office at Citizens Insurance to get a puny settlement eventually. Lakeside is more than happy to sign you up and take your money but don't expect any help from them when you have a claim. Needless to say I'm no longer a customer.
