The agent refused to work with me after I criticized the company, taking basic business personally. In the past, he's been derelict in returning calls and the service has been generally bad. Last year reducing coverages failed. The policy was still overpriced and the increase this year even higher at 62%. We were forced to change companies, as we suspect they show favoritism to other clients over us.

I would not recommend this place to anyone that has another option. Unfortunately we do not have a lot of options in Safford, so we are stuck with it. I actually did my last Auto loan online just to avoid having to deal with the Safford Branch. Unfortunately I seemed to have just as much bad luck using the online option, and dealing with a whole different set of problems. Maybe it is a systemic problem with One Az, although I did actually have a great experience with a Virtual Team Lead named Isaac, however he was not at this branch. Overall the last two loan experiences at the Safford Branch have been less than ok.

Wi-fi isn't the greatest at back of property (in the B's), I've addressed this but it still buffers like crazy and is a bit annoying. The WORST thing about this place is that when you pay your final month they keep the whole thing instead of prorating your stay so they basically will keep $255 for absolutely nothing since I'm moving out on the 25th and gave plenty of notice. When I asked about it, they said it was in the lease, I missed that wording evidently. I've never in my life have had an apt community basically say, 'too bad your money is my money." Its seriously bad business and theft if you ask me. So if you are going to move in here make sure its exactly on the first/last day of the month or else you're giving them free money. In this economy why would you just keep someones money???

Even though those such items were on the move in inspection sheet. Az state laws readS. They only have 14 business days to get you your itemized list of receipts for repairs and such. We are now on day 22 business days and still no actual itemized list of repairs and receipts. They make up repairs that don't exist. We have pictures. They will also lie about repairs that their own contractors must of done. Remember we have pictures. So find a different company to deal with instead. Crap company that only wants to screw you. Remember WE HAVE PICTURES and a copy of the original move in inspection sheet. We are taking action as we speak.
