Went to branch and was told that they cannot look up disputes or anything to do with them. Called the 800 number 3 times and after 10 days I was told a provisional credit will be applied in 2 days. Most banks will put in a provisional credit in 24 hours not 12 days later. I was told that the disputes are not be done for 30 days. Closing account and going to a real bank that can do banking.

Only opportunistic predators perform such actions. I have never, and would never, take advantage of individuals who cannot recover from such a blow. Though polite, Travis (I believe that is his name) who operates the "business" or anyone who could conduct their affairs in such a manner is of low character and predatory. They are on par with purse snatchers and those who abuse the elderly. The agent refused to work with me after I criticized the company, taking basic business personally. In the past, he's been derelict in returning calls and the service has been generally bad.
