They were able to see me later in the day when I called. When I met with Dr. Sam we went over what I was going through from the day I noticed the pain, and he checked a few things to make sure I wasn't going through anymore more severe from what I was describing. After that we started the treatment process, I got an adjustment on my back and hip and that helped relieve a good amount of pressure I was experiencing. Due to how bad my hip pain was he had me come back the next day for a follow up adjustment. To wrap up my long story the 2 days prior to my visit I was barely able to walk for more than a few minutes without experiencing pain in my hip that was preventing me from moving or even turning side to side while laying down. After my 3rd visit my back and hips are feeling back to normal. While I appreciated his adjustments and felt he provided good care, my time was repeatedly not respected. On several occasions, he arrived late to appointments... sometimes up to an hour behind schedule. I tried to be understanding and gave multiple chances, but after being taken late more than four times, it became too much. At my last visit, I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes, only to be told he was running late coming from the airport. No ETA was provided. That was the point where I decided to leave and not return. Additionally, he seems to schedule as many clients as possible per hour, which often makes the appointments feel rushed rather than attentive. It's unfortunate because the quality of care was good, but consistent lateness and lack of respect for patients' schedules ultimately outweighed that. I truly wish there had been more consideration for patients' time.

The Dr. remembered me from my prior visits years ago and he was generally hurt from my review. He took me in nonetheless. I, personally might have rejected the client but he didn't. My back was feeling tight and I want an adjustment. He did some checks and conducted various additional adjustment free of cost. What an incredible human being.
