As soon as I arrived I explained to the receptionist why I was coming in just to look at frames. I just had a eye test done two day ago she went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. She put me in for another eye test to recheck everything and explained my benefits to me unlike Cohens who didn't even have my info I had to print it out for them the process was simple and the frames were priced perfect all in all the doctors and ever staff member were extremely nice and helpful! I will be using them in the future! Sure enough Cohens tried charging me 500 dollars and tried giving me lenses I didn't even need! I got everything I needed to 208! Amazing

I was given one within an hour.The office isn't crowded and my info came right up in the computer..so no telephone book of paperwork.Ample seating and a few televisions.This location is definitely bilingual.

At the same time they discovered I have wet Macular Degeneration in my right eye. My Optometrist, Dr. Vivian Renta-Skyer, is part of this group and is the best in the world. The Retina Specialist Dr. Edward Marcus became my Primary Doctor there. I have been going for eye shots since then and he is very caring and thorough. The process is painless and I feel very comfortable there. I know it is a long wait, BUT well worth it to get excellent care and attention. The staff is also spectacular.
