The woman who answered the phone was very friendly and clearly explained the fee structure and how the process works. Three meetings, first two on the phone, third in person to sign the docs. First consult is free, half the fee expected at the second consultation and final payment at the third and final meeting/signing. We set the date for our first consultation and we were instructed to watch a video that answered a lot of our questions before that first meeting. It was Steven giving a seminar, explaining the nuts and bolts of what it is, what is needed, why it's needed, etc. Long, but fast paced and very informative.
