I would most likely send it to them... Issue at hand self-addressed stamped envelope with a letter inside spelt, the owners name incorrectly, I requested to speak with the attorney himself to verify information! When I spoke to Cindy, on behalf of her other coworker, she knew of the situation at hand, but then decided I was being difficult, because again I reiterated I wanted to speak with the attorney himself to verify! Obviously the staff wants to cover up the mishap they did and that is unfortunate because from what I'm seeing this obviously is not the first time this is happened and I am disappointed even though I don't talk to the person who's living trust this is, it's still a matter of respect, privacy, and verification to make sure it gets in the right hands!
