I expect a responsible tax mgr would not leave me hanging like this. In 2020 we ended up receiving multiple letters from IRS about wrong fillings and having to pay thousands and thousands in fees and fines. We were then red flagged and our 2018 tax return got audited as well which also turned out as having miss filed and ended up us having to pay even more fines. When we complained to this man he did not even bother to talk to us or meet with us and instead blamed his staff and used that same staff to try to correct the grave mistakes. We finally just took our files and walked away to another company. We are exploring litigation options as we speak. Save yourself irreparable tax history damage and please go to someone else. It is worth spending $200 more for a professional rather than paying this clown who literally sits in his basement with a handful of minions calling him self a CPA.
