He failed to do-so, after numerous conversations between myself, Peter and his assistants. On the expiration-date of the policy, he told me to call Nationwide directly. I changed to another insurance-carrier, saving $800 annually while enjoying the same-terms. I did email Nationwide with a complaint about Peter and his lack of business ethics.
