They hire people with no integrity nor professionalism to whom they call (paralegals) but they are just charlatans. they charged me over 10 grand for emails and stupid letters. We contacted Alan Bostock at Edwards & Petersen PLC for support with a family member and his custody/child support concerns. We saw the number of reviews/ratings and felt like Edwards & Petersen would be a reputable firm. We were very disappointed in Alan's communication, follow up and lack of professionalism. We felt like each call/interaction were opportunities to charge us money. We did not feel he listened to our request and was concerned about professional service, rather the focus seemed to be on charging for each call/question and interaction. Alan's firm made an error on a motion they were hired to do for us and when we contacted Alan to fix it, we were told we would need to pay more. We ended up firing Alan and his team but never got the corrected motion. Instead the motion came with a watermark and the error still listed. Alan shared they would not remove the watermark or repair the error without additional money. read more

RUN RUN RUN... This is hands down the worse money I have EVER spent. Spoke with Alan Bostic and informed him EXACTLY what I needed. Alan is a fast talker and does not know how to listen. He behaves like a car salesman. He makes promises and NEVER delivers. He does NOT communicate well at all, and when you ask for clarification, he bills you for it. He even lies and said questions regarding billing are free, then when I showed up he starts rambling about the status of the case. As though I didn't already know. Then charged me for his useless information. He is so manipulative and the BIGGEST SNAKE around. His Partners are EXACLY The SAME!! This is the BIGGEST MONEY GRAB EVER!!!
