I have lived in many different states and going to the dentist has never been something to look forward to. It is important of course, but more of a chore. Since moving to Columbus 6 years ago, I actually look forward to my dental visits at Edwards Family Dental. Everyone there knows me and my family and genuinely cares about us. It is rare to find a practitioner who cares about their patients on that level. My parents recently moved to Columbus and have become patients of his as well. They are so patient and kind with them. My dad knows everyone by name and looks forward to their chats during his appointments. Dr Edwards is a favorite of my kids. He even made a video of himself to send my son when he wasn't understanding how to brush his teeth with braces on. He is so well connected and respected in the dental community and passes those benefits on to his patients. If you need a lifelong dentist who will follow your care on a superior level, this is the practice for you. read more

I am Captain Bob Meyer. This is my second visit to this office. I have had many dental experiences. Coming to this office is the most pleasant one I have ever had, not just once to get you in the door but both times. Carrie, my hygienist, remembered intricate details about my first visit, and these details were from 6 months ago, asked me what my preferences were, channel to watch on tv, down to the flavor of the polish that I wanted. This is all icing on the cake, on top of doing a superb job of taking care of my dental needs. Dr. Edwards came by and checked the work with his awesome personality, which you can see that he translates to the entire staff. The reception staff was warm as well. I have been in the people business a long time. Coming up from operating tour boats in Fort Lauderdale, and working full time in the automotive business, I know what people like. Dr. Edwards and his staff are the BEST! He saved a tooth that was broken and truly had little chance of survival AND managed to do it affordably. I appreciated that he took the time to explore options with me in the event be was not going to be able to pull off that miracle. Since I lost my job, they worked out a payment plan to cover the cost of a crown ... which was just paid off two weeks ago (yippee). As luck would have it, I just lost an old filling this morning so it looks like I'll be making another visit soon. The staff is so professional and very NICE! The offices are clean and modern -- you will feel very comfortable here. I drive two hours to go to this practice because after searching for a dentist for 3 years after my dentist retired, I finally found a truly exceptional dental practice. read more

I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO RUDELY. OTHERS HAVE COME FORTH. 7 YEARS AGO. Apparently you have treated others badly in the past. One lady reported it was 7 years ago. As she put it after 3 treatments with her you were rude and condescending. Hey I was a patient for 12 years and look how rudely I was treated. I am not the only one. My family has always had very positive experiences at Edwards Family Dental. (1) ALL staff is very friendly and, when necessary, informative. It seems obvious to me they have a strong culture that focuses on the customer. (2) My appointments have always run on-time...this is important to me (3) When I first went to Dr. Edwards, I was having a sensitivity issue with one tooth. Was not getting better with treatment from a prior dentist. He recommended a different approach and I've been sensitive free for 4+ years now. I've been a patient of Dr. Edwards since I moved to Dublin in 2006. They provide great care, comfortable surroundings, and friendly, caring people. Last March, I had a crown come off at 5pm the day before I was supposed to leave at 7am for a week long vacation. I called the office, got in touch with Dr. Edwards. He said he was at his daughter's soccer game but would meet me at the office around 9:15pm and would call me when he was on the way. I founds Edwards Family Dental by randomly searching google and couldn't be more happy with my choice! Everyone in the office is extremely friendly and welcoming. I have never been to a dental office like this. They are so professional and kind from the minute you walk in the door. I came in with my two children, and my 9 year old son asked if we could come back! He said it was better then any dentist we had ever been to.
