He had a fast reply after I inquired about a mobile mechanic here last Monday. Stayed in contact but was forgetful even with text messages. Flexible hours. I paid for my parts ahead of visit. That was my decision. He offered to pick one up. He was very quick replacing the alternator and knowledgeable. After replacing alternator we discovered that we needed a new battery. He offered to pick it up. I chose to buy the battery online and then had it brought to the car for us (I'm under doctors orders to not lift anything over 5 pounds or else I would have done the entire repair). We agreed that he would return to replace the battery for me. I texted him telling him we received the battery and we are ready for him when he's done with a quick fix on the next all. Well, he never showed up! There goes his Yelp rating and recommendation.

Also had to purchase 2 new front tires from WalMart because their faulty work caused mine that had around 30,000 miles on them wore so quickly one blew out & the other was separating & had the steel belt showing, but since this was a Sunday & I had to purchase tires from WalMart instead of K&A, I'm outta pocket about $150 just on new tires which I wouldn't have needed had K&A done the job right the first time.
