When you show them proof that you OVERPAID (after they have done everything but call you a liar and harass you), they end with "well, everyone makes mistakes," but will not refund your overpayment. (Notice, they do this as the season dwindles to a close and Christmas is coming up). They also tore several holes in my yard as they always tried to mow my 1.5 acres in less than 20 minutes. Further, they had to be reminded over and over to weed eat around trees and blow off the trimmings on our sidewalk and patio.
