A few days later Kevin called as said "...he'd thought about it" and would deliver the rest of my firewood. .. next I'd forgotten about the firewood situation and asked for a quote to remove a fallen tree in my yard. Kevin office sent me quote to remove the portion of the tree that had fallen in my property (the tree was a neighbors' tree). I asked Kevin if the tree portion that had fallen on my roof could be cut and moved to the neighbors side.. could I get a new quote? Again, he let me have it!!! (just like to firewood situation) Kevin responded that he didn't need to be "nickeled and dimed" and I could forget using his services. Again, it took me by surprise with his response that could/should have been a professional (none emotional "yes or no" to my question) So a warning to anyone dealing with Arlington Tree Service and "Kevin" that he is ready to tell you off and add with a disquieting "have a blessed day" if he doesn't like it/you. So the moral to the story is to avoid at all cost calling this service or get ready to be told off by Kevin!
