Jason brought a partner and did the assembly on a pretty cold day in January. They arrived on time and did a great job, including securing the pergola to an new concrete patio slab, hauling away all the packaging materials and cleaning up the job site. Jim spoke with us over the phone, diagnosed the issue right away, told us exactly which parts to buy from a local home improvement store, and even gave us a realistic idea of what a local handyman should charge to install them. He said he'd be happy to walk us through the repair over the phone if we decided to tackle it ourselves -- all completely free of charge!
