It took us a few months to find a new one. Our insurance recommended Dr. Movsessian. I really like his non-aggressive adjustment technique. At first, I wasn't sure if there was impact, however, I can feel the difference in the weeks following the adjustments. Less pain and stiffness, more mobility. I also have a tendency to grind my teeth so I use a custom guard. I have small surface fractures on my molars and my jaw is usually very tense and sore when I wake up. My dentist recommended having my chiropractor help to adjust my jaw and neck. I mentioned it to Dr. Movsessian and the very first time he adjusted for that, I felt the difference. I don't wake up feeling like my teeth are stuck together or can't move my jaw. Before, my teeth would be sore for days and it would hurt to chew on my left side, but after the adjustment there is less tension and it seems as if I'm grinding my teeth less. My job sent me for an asbestos physical and the request clearly states that I needed a respiratory test, lung exam and chest X-ray. The girl in the photos Crystal P, only signed me up for an X-ray. Once I was able to go to the X-ray room the radiologist came back and said they could not do it because their computer was down. I asked for an appointment so I would not have to wait again and I was denied. They suggested I go elsewhere and go through the same process again. I just left the Ontario location and my experience was phenomenal. I was in a waiting room full of people and was seen in no time. Staff is friendly and thorough. On the second appointment she had with Dr. Lercel a week ago the same attitude surfaced from the receptionist and it got to the point that she threw at my daughter who was accompanying my wife a card to her face prompting my daughter to throw it back at her telling her to have some respect towards the patients and to our surprise Dr. Lercel called our primary physicians office saying that he did not want my wife as a patient anymore!! Where is the "Humanitarian" side of these two doctors?? And when in there couldn't justify removing it as it was healthy looking. He did find two irritated nerves pinched in a hole and made the hole bigger. It worked and the disc was saved. I'd love to go back to Dr BOUZ for maintenance on the area he opened. I highly recommend Dr. BOUZ as he knows his stuff.
