This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a medical clinic. The customer service is extremely poor and unprofessional. The front desk staff and management appear disorganized, and basic communication is severely lacking. I experienced confusion, delays, and a complete lack of accountability. Patients deserve respect and clear communication, especially when it comes to their health. Unfortunately, that standard was not met here. I would not recommend this clinic to others. read more

The quality of care of this place has gone down the drain. My parents have been going to this place for primary care for years and they didn't have any issues with the doctors or PAs. This year my dad went in for his annual physical check but the doctor didn't do anything except asking him a few questions and they tried to brush him off by saying "well you look pretty healthy" . They didn't even listen to his heart or lungs or palpate his abdomen. WTF? Isn't these like the normal routine with physical exam? They didn't even want to draw his blood for blood work until my dad ask them to do it. This is unacceptable, I suggest everyone avoid this place at all cost because they obviously have no freaking clue of what they are doing. I had a very frustrating experience with this walk-in clinic. I called ahead on Monday and was told they accepted my insurance for the concerns I needed to be seen for. Based on that information, I went in for my appointment. Once I arrived, I was informed that they would not accept my insurance and that I would need to pay approximately $120 out of pocket. As a result, I was unable to proceed with the visit and had to leave. I would recommend confirming insurance coverage in writing before visiting, as my experience did not match what I was told over the phone. read more

I came here because I am sick and needed medical help, but instead, I was met with judgment and a total lack of professionalism. Michelle at the front desk was incredibly snooty. I was dressed in sweats because I'm unwell, and it felt like she immediately looked down on me for it. When I tried to be polite and greet the other receptionist, Michelle snapped at me to wait until she was off her phone with a massive attitude. It is heartbreaking to feel like you are being mistreated or judged because you are Latino. Medical offices should be places of healing, but this clinic--and Michelle specifically--made me feel unwelcome and undervalued as a person of color. read more

Came here to take some tests for a job. They opened at 8am, I got here about 830 and the waiting room was packed! Pleasantly surprised I was called in pretty quick and completed all assessments required fairly quickly. I was out of there and back on the road home in total about a hour. For a walk in clinic of this type and I didn't have an appointment I was grateful for the sense of urgency. Staff were great and attentive. The assessments were thorough and accurate and all documentation was sent directly to my future employer! The care I received for what I was there for was seamless and performed at a high level! read more

Horrible experience with Nurse Practitioner Hana Chun -- negligent, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I went to this office to renew my handicap placard due to a shattered knee from eight years ago, which causes severe chronic pain. I struggle to walk, often rely on crutches or electric carts when shopping, and avoid going out because walking long distances and parking is too much for me. Hana Chun told me I "don't qualify" because I "can walk" and "can carry my daughter." She said this with an extremely condescending tone, making me feel like I was lying or exaggerating. She showed zero empathy and treated me like I was an inconvenience rather than a patient in pain. I also asked her to fill out ADA paperwork so I could take time off work to attend pain management and doctor appointments for my chronic back pain. This same office diagnosed my condition years ago, confirmed it with X-rays, and has prescribed narcotics to treat it. Despite this, she told me she couldn't fill it out -- and then insisted I needed to get more bloodwork and another MRI just to "confirm" the same issue this office has been treating for nearly five years. Why should I be forced to re-prove something that's already documented in my medical file? If, according to her, I "don't have a real condition," then why has this clinic been prescribing me narcotics for years? Are you seriously giving out medication for issues you now claim don't exist? Let me be very clear: if my condition worsens in any way due to her refusal to provide proper care or documentation, I will be pursuing legal action against this office. Her negligence is unacceptable and potentially harmful. Patients deserve to be treated with respect, compassion, and professionalism. What I received from Hana Chun was the exact opposite. I will be filing a formal complaint and strongly caution others against trusting her with their care. read more

I've been here more than a few times over the years and I always find the staff to be professional. I went today and was able to get in right away and they took great care of me. What else could I hope for? It's not the place I would go to get my severed arm reattached, but if I'm feeling under the weather or my primary is not available, I wouldn't think twice about visiting this location. I tried this clinic for the first time very recently. The place looked it needed some overdue maintenance and more housekeeping. A young Asian lady seated in the middle of 3 people at the front desk was curt. She needs a hard lesson on customer service. But the front desk lady in blue clinic uniform gave me the first sign of what will turn out to be a positive experience in the end. She gave me a sincere smile and listened. Then, the nurse practitioner met me in the examination room. His name is Lyndon. Because of his sincerity, kindness, and patience, I was able to explain my health situation and received the treatment I needed. Both clinic personnel gave me enough reason to return and try their services in the future should I need urgent care again. read more

Extremely Unprofessional Experience I had one of the worst experiences at this urgent care. The reception staff were completely unprofessional and showed zero customer service skills. I waited for over two hours with no clear communication or updates about when I would be seen. The way patients were treated was unacceptable and far below what you'd expect from any medical facility. If you value your time and expect even basic courtesy or professionalism, I strongly suggest going elsewhere. This place does not live up to the name "urgent" care in any sense. read more

I since changed PCP and no longer a patient here. My update 2 years later, unfortunately I will give an honest 3 stars. While I love being able to see the doctor, the problem is just that - being able to see the doctor literally. One time I visited, had an appt, was brought into one of the rooms, and ended up just waiting and waiting for over an hour, so I told the office and left. The doctor called back (and apologized) later and we did a visit over the phone. Then, there were at least 3 times I can remembrer over the past 2 years that when i needed to be seen, and called for an appt, I was told it would be at least a month out, sometimes even further out. My last couple visits with the care provider was with the NP and not my doctor, which by the way I am ok with after having a couple of visits with her. She is so nice and wonderful, in fact. So if she was so great why change PCP? the last time I called, I needed to be seen as I was recentlky discharge from the hospital, and even seeing the NP would be scheduled at least a month out unless I was agreeable to see the NP in Irvine. I think at that time, after so many instances of not being able to get the care I needed, I felt it was time to move on. No longer felt the "connection" that I once had with the doctor years ago. And yes, the clinic is always crazy busy and prepared to have to wait, scheduled or not. read more
