I DONT FEEL SAFE AS A PATIENT WITH THIS DOCTOR. I don't know if this doctor is a good one or not, but so far I can assure you that he is a bully, he is so arrogant, he won't listen to the patient, and zero respect is given to his patients. He's supposed to do a big surgery on my spine and due to his attitude, and the lack of respect and attention, I don't feel safe any more to be his patient. I've never been scared before, but I honestly say this, the thought of having him operate on my spine scares the hell out of me, I have no idea how a doctor can be this careless. Today was my second appointment with him, it's an appointment to talk about potential spine surgery, the appointment took less than 5 min, he didn't even bother to listen to me or even ask me if I have any questions. I have been coming here for a few years. However, lately it has been a nightmare. Totally a shit show with the ultimate disrespect being that of not giving a dam about time. I've been having to wait 45 minutes plus past my appointment time. When you inquire it's just excuses. I pray they fix these issues soon and not take the attitude that they don't care. I had to reschedule which was a month out. I'm currently waiting on the doctor now as I'm typing and so far my appointment was at 2:45 it's now 3:10. I have to agree with all the negative reviews. The staff is rude, Dr. Haronian is incredibly even more rude and a bully. If you have a question about your health, forget it!!! Dr. Haronian is not interested in your progress, he is concerned about making sure he bills the insurance and gets his money. I wish he had more empathy for his patients and instead of yelling at you for voicing your concerns and kicking you out of his office. This kind of behavior and practice is not acceptable. When I see Dr. Haronian's picture with his wide smile I see a phony medical practioner. Before I write this review, I would clarify that this review is purely on the basis of my experience with Dr. Kohan and staff. This review does not reflect any other doctor that practice in this medical center. As a kid I was always scared going to the doctor's office. As a grown up.. nah.. I'm still scared of going to visit the doctor's. Something about the smell, the sounds of machines, and the way they dress. Like a cult up to no good. But when you got to go so you don't die or your body parts don't fall off your choices minimize. I've seen Dr. Haronian and his staff enough times to feel comfortable. We're able to have conversations and joke about stuff on the morning news *cough cough.. Trump cough*. The jokes write themselves. The staff keeps everything smooth and simple. The visits are all important to them and they'll keep in touch with you thru whatever process you're about engage in. I'm glad they're working with me. Dr. Haronian and staff are cool people. After x-rays and a MRI, my shoulder discomfort became more visibly clear and I didn't sound crazy trying to explain what hurt and where the discomfort was coming from anymore haha Doctor technology trips me out. I was UNFORTUNATE to have gotten into a car accident. I was mortified because I was experiencing really bad knee pain from hitting it against the bottom of the steering wheel of my car. I was FORTUNATE enough to get referred to this place. They took X-Rays and did other tests which was really convenient because everything was done in the same office. After speaking with the doctor, I found out it wasn't anything major and gave me some exercises to do and now my knee is pretty much back to normal. Plus the staff is really friendly and they don't have you waiting around to take you in to see the doctor. Plus the location is nice and the offices are really clean. Ok so I'll make a long story short. Always have had lower back pain. I've been dealing with Dr. Nassos. And recently visited Dr Haronian. Both incredible doctors that actually care about your health. I've also started going to physical therapy here and let me tell you. The staff in the physical therapy section is unbeatable. I've never seen a staff care this much about a person physical state. I've gone to other places where they wanted to charge me over $4,000 for therapy. This place, I pay almost nothing for this place. And I feel so so much better. Trust me and see them. Have been seeing Dr. Haronian for over four years now for various work related injuries. He and his staff are very professional. They are some of the best in the area. The office staff are friendly and more than willing to assist with any issue that you might have. I recently (2 weeks ago) had knee surgery at his clinic. His out patient clinic experience was one of the best that I have had. They even had my post surgery medical devises there waiting for me when I arrived for my procedure. This review Is only my opinion as to what happened has nothing to Dd with DR HARONIAN as a surgeon. I need both knees replaced he know this and that it need to be done first before the hardware was to be removed from my back. now let's step back in time. I was told by to Doctors that I need no more surgery on my back. "THIS WAS A BIG LIE" Ant time they do invasive surgery which is an 8-inch cut from mid back to 2 inches from the crack of your back the surgeon y was a hack they do not do these surgeries anymore they have to cut the hard spinal muscles which can not be reattached at least in my case. I had sent mu MRI films out of state wich said the hardware needed to be removed that there was a large fluid leak, and I definitely needed a neurostimulator put in. after showing Haronian he through the letter on the floor yelling at me in a very pissed off loud tone he said "WHO THE FUCK IS THIS GUY HE IS NO BUDY" And the lady Dr was as nasty. I told him my knees need to be the first 9 total knee replacement both knees. The next thing I know after a test to see if the hardware was causing a lot of the problem were they put you out and numb screw 13teen of them one going through the bone entering an empty cavity where organs hang and there are nerves. After my first back surgery, my knees would not support my back. I would try to walk and the pain was so bad I spent 2 to 3 weeks in bed. after telling him I'm sorry but I need my knees done 1st first or ill never get up. he sent me to a knee JONATHAN T. NASSOSDR in the same building Verry good DR but that is another review. Would anyone let any DR touch you after cussing at you about a different DR that he did not even know? Wo is world renowned. Mainly, the Dr. Is compassionate and understanding. I have had very very courteous professionalism from everyone there, starting from front office to doctors seen. Everyone is always acomodating and nice, something to consider when one is in pain and needs to be treated with understanding and respect. I have a difficult time sitting too long or standing. I don't want to give even 1 star! It's what I think going to the welfare office must be like. Most of the staff is just horrible and extremely rude. You are treated like a number not a human being. When in a room waiting to see a "Doctor", you can hear the conversations in the other rooms with other patients but it might as well be you because they are saying the same thing to each one of them. Very thorough, understanding and spends significant amount of time (or at least this is what I experienced) to review treatment plan and answered my questions in a manner that I could understand.
