I certainly appreciated his honesty and candor. Also, when I requested a copy of the visit notes from his office (to share with my neuro), they came very quickly, without jumping through hoops. And yes, after she went in at 8am I gave a grace period and ect. Once 10:30am- 11am. I went and asked what was taking a procedure that is only 1 hour long, what was going on. And they in formed me that she was barely starting the procedure, that was at 11am. What the fuck are these doctors doing. Won't recommend this place. They have no clue what they are doing and they lied to my mom saying that she was here to get not 1 but 2 procedure neck and back. And she was lied to when we got here. This place is a joke!

The front staff is always polite, kind, accommodating, and efficient. Dr. Amini performed a medial branch nerve block on both sides of my L5 and L6. It not only relieved my back pain but also helped with the neuropathy in my legs and toes. This procedure was quick and didn't require general anesthesia. Before the actual treatment, there was a "test run" with a local anesthetic to see if it would help, and it did! The bumpy road from the street into the parking lot initially bothered me. But after the test, I found it helpful because it showed that the treatment worked! Sadly, I've had to change medical groups because I moved 36 miles away. My new group doesn't do as good a job, and I'm trying to get authorization to see Dr. Amini again. I've never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to be seen, meaning upcoming appointment dates or waiting in the lobby. The front staff has always been accommodating, even when I was late to my appointment or overdue on payments. Plus, they're proactive about handling paperwork with my insurance. While it's inconvenient that the office is closed for lunch, I truly appreciate that they give their staff proper breaks. I've also never had issues with them calling me back or being inefficient. The only thing I'm upset about is that I thought I'd posted this review already! PS: Dr. Amini has a brother who is a retina specialist doctor, so don't get confused!

The other girls in the office were great and helpful. I had called to get information on a referral that I was supposed to have processed through the office in February and I was told that they were unable to verify the insurance so that if I wanted to call the doctor and ask them if they take my insurance I can and I explain to Blanca how am I supposed to process the referral? I can't do that on my own. I'm only a patient and do I call them back or do I call my primary doctor back and she said that it was up to me because it was a courtesy that they were doing for me by figuring out if the doctor took my insurance. How does that make sense? If you were the ones that said you were referring me to a neurosurgeon but then I have to figure out that information and then what do I do with it? It's been going on about three weeks now that I'm trying to get information as to who the doctor is that they were trying to refer me to and every time I call I'm told they don't see anything on my chart and they will talk to somebody and give me a call back. I don't hear anything and then I call back and it's the same scenario. I just want the name of the doctor so I can have my primary doctor do the referral and be done with this office!

I can tell you unequivocally, Dr. Nevo is the most caring, kind, personable, and understanding doctors that I've ever seen. He has gone out of his way to learn about conditions that I have that he wasn't up-to-date on, so that he could treat me more effectively and unlike many doctors he is not only willing to admit if he doesn't know something, but he is willing to do the work to learn if it's within his scope of support. If something isn't within his scope of support, he is always happy and eager to offer a referral. Because of all my medical conditions and doctors appointments and treatments, I have CPTSD and one of the most amazing things about Dr. Nevo is that he not only treats your body, but also your mind. He understands how intricately linked physical pain and your mental state can be. I was feeling anxious and unhopeful and just trying to get through the day. It was a constant nightmare. I dreaded going to sleep knowing that in the middle of the night my flare ups would begin and I would get no sleep. Since I have met Dr. Nevo, for the first time in my life I feel hopeful. I've seen doctors in the past since my accident from June of 2024 and not one doctor that I have met has made me feel taken care of. Not only am I feeling better due to the treatment I am receiving but I love that Dr. Nevo is so empathetic and supportive. He's never in a rush to get through the appointment and he addresses all your concerns.The one time I started to not feel well again due to the medication not working and he heard of my pain, he immediately scheduled an appointment over the phone to discuss what was going on. Never in my life has a doctor done that. What I'm experiencing is an up and down hill battle - and of course there are days I may have a little discomfort due to my condition but what I can say is that I can finally sleep - I do feel well rested.
