My Nan's ashes were scattered here, and there's a beautiful woodland area full of flowers and trees that have been planted in the memory of loved ones. It's a truly enchanting area of the cemetery, and feels more like a thriving natural garden, than a morbid crematorium, so it's the perfect place for a relative to rest. The whole site is really big too, with lots of greenery and trees dotted around the entire land, which makes the experience more relaxed and less depressing to catch some time for yourself. I don't know if it's just me, but I always feel cold at most cemeteries, even on hot summers days, but at Robin Hood Crematorium, there's this unexplainable warmth of vibrant nature, which coincides with the generic rows upon rows of gravestones at most cemeteries. The on sight church doesn't look as old as most churches, and I guess that's a bit of a let down, because the architecture isn't anything grand or special. But as far as the grounds go, this cemetery is as peacefully inviting as they get.

Simon measured up and we had a quote within a couple of days. From order to installation has taken about five weeks. Simon kept us informed of how the construction was going, and when the installation would be (which he has stuck to). Because the bulk of the work was done at their premises, installation was very quick and took just over a day. Premises and Veranda were all left tidy and complete to our satisfaction.
