They have also scheduled appointments for patients on days when the clinic was closed without notifying them beforehand. Patients should not have to travel to an appointment only to discover that the facility is closed. The facility itself is outdated, and the staff often seem unwilling to help or make an effort to address patients' needs. Communication, organization, accessibility, and basic customer service all need significant improvement.

Alexis Murray is the BEST. She is very attentive, lets you fully explain yourself & your concerns, speaks to you so respectfully, doesn't gaslight you & tries to see things your way so that she can better understand you, & she respects your personal beliefs, & does not come off judgmental nor does she make you feel stupid. Lately we have been going to see Alexis Murray for my son almost once monthly. She is always so patient and detailed with us. She explains herself very well & lets us as parents feel safe enough to ask her many questions & figure out how to go about things in regard to my son's health.
