The one I used was Gare Nord. The door is locked when you arrive, and you need to use your specific door code to open it (listed on your booking confirmation), which seemed extra secure to me. The locker was easy to open and use and there was enough space for my backpack and carryon. I initially had trouble opening the door, and so I called the phone number listed on my booking reservation and the guy walked me through how to do it on the pin pad. He was really nice and helpful. Overall the price was reasonable for me (12 bucks for a day) too. I would highly recommend if you're not wanting to lug your stuff around the city for a day.

I just used this service near Gare du Nord August 14-17, 2022. I'm from California and I chose…read morethis option as I needed to go to London and then back to Paris and didn't need to bring everything with me. I saw the reviews here and was hesitant but saw these around Paris and many people using them. So you go online and book the time range you want and make sure to pick the correct location. You will pay for the entire day and the day is 8am to 10pm so the day you start and the day you end are counted as whole days and keep in mind their opening hours. The location is automated there is no live person there but the owner is easily accessible and responsive and they have video cameras there to monitor for any issues and for security. More about that below. Once you pay online you get an email immediately with the codes. There are two codes, one to enter the facility(main front door) using a keypad outside. The second code is used to open your locker using a keypad inside. The locker will pop open. The lockers are a good size you could put several carryons in there or larger suitcases but check the dimensions online. If you close the door and need to open again just use the code again. It is secure and seems theft proof. When I entered there was a family with children using it and they had several suitcases. This is a very short walk about 4-5 minutes or two blocks from the train station exit on Rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis. It is in an alley off that street very easy to find. Now it is true that the keypad inside doesn't always work the first time. You don't need to panic and start entering the code and pressing buttons like crazy. Just take a deep breath and wait 10 seconds and enter the code again nice and slow. Don't press the keypad like you're text messaging your friends. If you hear any beeps while pressing the keys it means there's an error just wait. When you enter the keys there shouldn't be any beeps. To exit the place there is an exit button inside right at the door. Just press and the front door lock releases. You do not get stuck inside or need a code to get out. Just like many hotel gyms same thing. I had interaction with the owner as my train back from London was delayed and arriving after 10pm so I wouldn't make the 10pm closing time. I was worried as I had a flight the next morning. Apparently this time restriction may be for safety reasons. So on the train back to Paris, I called their number and heard a message machine - not a great sign but you could leave a message. I decided to use their online form which asks for your phone number and email. It says they will get back to you within 48 hours on the website but he got back to me in 5 minutes. He got me a code for the next morning and everything worked out.

I called ahead of time and was told that the smallest 1m2 wasn't available but they gave me the 2m2 for the same price. They allowed me to use my American information (address) to rent and because they don't take American Express, they allowed me to pay in cash. I hope they will one day take Amex because I haven't been able to pay my bill (I have to wait until I get back to pay in euros), but they assured me they are looking into offering it. Before you leave, if you're leaving the country, give them your bank routing information so they can auto draft payment, otherwise you'll have to wire, and American banks charge $35-50 for international wire transfers. The process of renting the storage was easy enough. I didn't have a printer so they allowed me to email the documents needed to rent and they printed all of it for me. It took about 10 minutes to fill out the paperwork. You probably want to bring your own lock because it's more expensive to purchase it there but Timothy was a tremendous help (I was booking the storage the day I was leaving so I didn't have a lot of time and was pretty stressed from running around all morning). I definitely recommend it for how helpful they've been.

Between the campaign with Rosé and Jay Chou and the realization that my $29 Costco carry-on from 2016 had officially done its time, it felt like the right moment for an upgrade. The experience in-store was exactly what you'd hope for at this level. Joey helped me through everything, breaking down the differences between the Essential (polycarbonate), Classic, and Original Cabin in a way that was clear and not pushy. Honestly, she reminded me of my aunt back in her 20s-30s working at Levi's and Esprit during Hong Kong's late 80s/early 90s heyday. . cool, stylish, and knew her craft. I actually came back the next day to make the purchase, which says a lot. Ended up going with the Original Cabin, and no regrets. Took it straight into real-world testing: rolled it through the Paris Metro back to Bastille with zero issues. Flew out of Barcelona later and had no issues with the tax-free process either. A few scuffs now, but honestly that's part of the story. It's not meant to stay pristine forever; it's meant to travel. Plus, the lifetime warranty gives that extra peace of mind that this is truly a long-term investment piece. Bottom line: premium experience, thoughtful service, and a suitcase that actually lives up to the hype.

A Frenchly Honest review, as told by MaisOui Le Frenchy. Let…read moreme be precise: Hôtel Regina Louvre has a room that could seduce even the most exacting of critics -- and I am, by all accounts, the most exacting of critics. The room speaks the language of Belle Époque restraint: white paneled walls with classical moulding, brass wall sconces casting a warm amber glow, an arched mirror presiding above the bed like a silent maître d', and French doors that open -- let us pause here -- onto a view of the Jardin des Tuileries, the Eiffel Tower, and the Arc de Triomphe. All three. Simultaneously. Paris, performing for you as if it had been rehearsing. The freshly repainted walls and what appeared to be a new carpet suggest a management that still cares -- one that invests quietly, without announcement, in the dignity of the room itself. The front desk staff and bellmen were, I must confess, genuinely gracious -- not the performative warmth one endures at lesser establishments, but something resembling sincerity. The nights were quiet. Remarkable on all counts. And yet. One does not review a five-star establishment with the lenient eye reserved for lesser addresses. The standards are set by the classification itself -- and it is against those standards that what follows must be read. The glass table bore the evidence of a cleaning effort that had, somewhere along the way, lost its ambition -- smear marks left mid-gesture, as though the housekeeper had been called away by something more pressing and never returned. Beneath the sofa, a champagne foil wrapper remained, a quiet relic of a previous guest's celebration that no one had thought to retire. And the toilet. I will say only this: something had been there before us. Something that pre-dated our arrival. Something that, in a five-star establishment overlooking the most photographed skyline in the world, ought to have been addressed before the key was handed over. I will leave the imagination to do the rest. The voiturier/valet was otherwise engaged -- with his telephone -- as we arrived. We retrieved our own luggage. We walked to the door ourselves. One is left to wonder whether it was the device that blinded him, or whether, upon a brief assessment of our presentation, he simply concluded we were not his concern. In front of Hôtel Regina Louvre. In Paris. There is something else worth saying -- and I do not say it lightly. Les Hôtels Baverez has been in the hands of the same family since 1900. Four generations. Three hotels -- the Regina, the Raphael, the Majestic -- each one preserved not as a museum piece, but as a living, breathing Parisian institution. In a city increasingly colonized by international conglomerates with identical lobbies and soulless loyalty programs, this matters. I will return. The room earns five stars. The housekeeping and the voiturier together cost it one. For the full verdict -- the bar, the corridors, the theatre of it all -- the Frenchly Honest YouTube review is forthcoming. You will want to watch it.

Ironically, her current luggage was on it's last legs; therefore, she could justify making the purchase. While doing some browsing in Italy, we came across Rayon d 'Or. Being that they had a sale on pretty much all luggage, we decided to see what they had to offer. After five minutes of navigating the crowded establishment, my wife spotted a beautiful lightweight clay colored (I literally want to wrap my car in this color) Delsey Paris hardside luggage with built in USB charging ports & TSA-approved lock. While looking at it, a friendly employee who I assume was the manager, came over to show us the features of the luggage and confirm that purchasing it was a good decision. Roughly 30 minutes later (they were fairly busy), my wife was walking out of the store with a luggage that she paid $239 for (it was originally listed at $299).
