This last week, I was stressed out because I had moved out of my apartment in Paris and was staying at the Westin Paris when they told me they wouldn't hold my luggage for me while I was in Berlin (for 3 nights) because my next reservation was at the Sheraton Paris. I understood it was due to heightened security. I had to quickly find a place or a service that would keep my luggage not only overnight, but for a few days. I found Eelway here on Yelp, with 5 stars and 31 reviews. That's not a lot of reviews, but I took a leap of faith. It was the best thing. I placed my request online at almost 11pm for the following morning pick up. Famara came and picked my luggage up at the Westin within the window of time requested. Very professional and efficient. I had scheduled drop off at the Sheraton Paris at CDG and my luggage was delivered to the hotel early. I received and email stating it was delivered. I called down to the reception and the hotel staff brought it up to my room. Bag in tact! See the picture with the green tag. Eelway is professional and reliable. They keep you abreast of the status of tour luggage and they also make it so easy to make updates (like I had to extend a day because I mistakenly wrote the wrong date). Extremely happy with the service. Eelway member was promptly available at the said location on Paris CDG airport to pick up the luggage. He was in touch over WhatsApp about this arrival time and location. It was easy to spot him and the handover of the luggage was quick and swift. As soon as the bags were tagged using his app on the mobile phone he sent us the tag numbers. Similarly the drop off was smooth as well. Due to over travel requirements, we wanted the bags to be dropped off at a hotel and not back at the airport. The bags had been dropped off in time and waiting at the desk when we checked into the hotel. Overall impressed with the service and also the detailed communication at each point. My wife was concerned -- was this place really legit? We saw their ad on Google and the website looked too good to be true. Thankfully, the answer is a big YES. We used their service and I would highly recommend them. We had to be out of our Paris rental by 2p but didn't need to be to our airport hotel til late that night and needed to store our bags. This place accomplished TWO things: They stored the bags AND they delivered them to our CDG hotel that evening. The price is very reasonable (about the price of bag storage plus a 20 Euro delivery fee). Service was prompt and friendly. We took pictures as they did of everything. My daughter is off to study in Paris and we live in Chicago and she will be there for a few months so she had to take a lot of her belongings. Her schedule had her landing in Paris then having to travel to London for 4 short days then back to Paris. This was a big help while in France. I didn't have to carry around excess luggage to the multiple cities I visited, which in the end was surely worth the price. Even though I was 10 minutes late in getting to the delivery (which was prompt), they waited for me and provided my sealed back at my door. I'm perhaps being picky, but I gave only 4 stars as the pick-up person at the hotel did not have a yellow shirt and seemed to not expect my bag (but he said he had just gotten back from vacation, so maybe there was some confusion). read more

I am shocked to read some of the good comments here and can not help but think they are not real. My experience has been horrendous and very expensive. They did not provide documents needed to release my luggage in Paris during our initial processing and later my luggage was delayed and did not arrive on time. Because they do not deliver Over the weekends, they delayed until the following week and then expected me to be available on Monday from 9 am to 6 pm to receive it (that was the actual time given to me in the emails). As of now, it is Sunday and I am still hopeful I can get my luggage on Monday, but I just received another email with them telling me to be available from 9 am to 6 pm, even though I told them yesterday I must pick it up myself as I am leaving the country on Monday at noon. Their miscommunication with DHL, which is the actual service they use, is absurdly bad! My advise. DO NOT use this service and check the price. Truly easy and perfect for our needs for when traveling in and out of Paris. We were staying in France for 7 weeks spending time between 2 locations. Still you might be asking why so much luggage? We where flying back with 4 cases of wine. So when we dropped our car off at rental car lot walked to the terminal and gave the team member our extra bags and jumped on the the TGV to head to our next location. Eelway worked out PERFECTLY! We live in Africa and were meeting family in Paris for our vacation. We didn't want to lug all the extra luggage they brought for us (treats for grandkids, clothes, golf clubs...) so we were happy to find out about Eelway. Their staff was super friendly. We got a little antsy as the time to meet them approached so I used the airport Wi-Fi to use Eelways live chat and they told us that someone was already there looking for us. When I looked up I saw the yellow shirt across the room and waived him over. Youssuf was very helpful and spoke English and was patient with our not-so-great French. I used Eelway on our last day in Paris, the staff that picked my 3 luggage is like uber for your luggage. They confirm the location of start and end point of delivery and update you of the status of your luggage. They also zip-tie your bag for security right in front of you. Super convenient when we were in Paris! This is an alternative to luggage lockers except that they pick up/drop off your bags whenever/wherever you choose in Paris- saving you both travel time and energy. We had an early checkout time but at the same time didn't want to waste our time sitting at the trainstation. So instead of lugging our luggage around Paris and wasting our time at the trainstation, we called Eelway to pick up our large bags the night before and then we toured the city and ate lunch free of carrying bulky items. Our bags were kept safe overnight and delivered straight to us inside the trainstation! Nothing was damaged or dirty. The total came up to 50 euros for 2 heavy large bags which is very cheap considering what you get: They pick up and deliver, they are extremely on time, and they have the best customer service. I wish they had Eelway in the US and London! The best of all was their customer service. Everyone I interacted with from start to finish was extremely professional and genuinely nice. I was late in booking, but Fatou helped me online and still managed to get me booked for the next day. She even checked and made sure my service was completed all the way through. From the time of pick up, when a nice man named Famara arrived on time and kindly carried our bags off, all the way to Paola delivering our bags to us was so convenient and so easy. They were on time, they were forgiving because I wasn't on time(thanks and sorry Paola!), they were all so polite, I couldn't believe why this is the only place I've seen this type of service. I'd definitely do this again because it's so stress relieving. Having the time to enjoy Paris without carrying a two 50lb bags is totally worth it. read more

This is an amazing service I can't recommend highly enough!! My girlfriend and I had traveled from Korea on vacation to France and most of it was centered around Paris. However we took a two-day break to travel to Nice. We met Eelway representatives outside an Orly airport newsagent/gift shop. When we returned to Orly after our trip, we met them again. We received e-mails with pictures of the representatives the day before we met them. Then we received e-mails when the appointed time arrived. The representatives were punctual and polite. This is a fraud. I paid 20€ for 2 baggages and where I went to the location the main door was closed and there Was nobody there. no entrance code. Then someone went out from the buolding so I could enter but again no signs of any baggage deposit. It is a fraud!!!! read more

I don't really know where to start.  I cannot recommend their service.  Although they advertise a phone help line the only option to contact they provide is by email and they don't respond to email promptly And only with an unresponsive automated message. Moreover, they don't notify the customer when the luggage has been picked up, don't provide a tracking system, don't honor their delivery promise, and they DISCLAIM all responsibility after you hand off the luggage to your "trusted" partner for delivery.  Bottom line is that my luggage was supposed to be delivered from Paris yesterday by 18:00 and I have no way of knowing where it is or when I might actually receive it.  So, satisfied customer ?  NOT. I had a terrible experience. I reserved online for an 8 am drop off of luggage. I got there and NO ONE WAS THERE and the business was locked. I was supposed to get to the Louvre by 9 am with tickets to see the Leonardo da Vinci show. I missed that. People eventually showed up at 8:50 and said they didn't open until 9 and didnt know why Eelway had allowed that online reservation. I spoke with someone who agreed at least to refund the charge. They never did. So I spent 10 euro on luggage storage and 34 euro on Louvre tickets, both of which were pointless because of Eelway. read more

I was recommended Eelway by my Airbnb host as my check out was early and my flight wasn't till late in the day. I made the reservation the night before, and designated my pick up and drop off time. We had no idea that we were supposed to make a reservation at least 24 hours in advance of arriving at Charles De Gaulle, so when we arrived, we contacted Eelway. They made an exception and they had someone at the terminal to pick up our bags immediately. Our luggage was delivered to the apartment at the time agreed upon. I was traveling around France after a semester in Paris and needed somewhere to store my 3 large pieces of luggage for a couple days before my flight back to the US. This service exceeded my expectations. I booked the day before and my flight was an hour late arriving - no problem! Eelway was there waiting for me, with an email and text on my phone when I landed and instant sms communication (they offer WhatsApp communication too). Simple luggage drop at CDG with yellow bag tags and voila - after spending a few hours exploring Paris, my bags were waiting for me at Gare de Lyon. This experience saved me the time of traveling from CDG to Gare de Lyon to store my luggage (and the cost difference was not bad at all) giving me more time to enjoy the city. We had to check out of our air bnb at 12pm and our flight wasn't till 10pm so we decided to give eelway a shot after reading all the 5 star reviews- Manuel picked up our luggage promptly, tagging them with security tags so they are locked and couldn't be opened till we receive them. I had the pick up time at the airport (which is awesome since we had 4 big bags and didn't have to lug them over there) at 7-7:30 and we were running late, Sidoni arrived around 6:40 and waited till 7:30 to have us pick up our bags, we really appreciated their effort and would definitely use them again if we are back in Paris and hope to see them open up in other European cities (Rome!!) - thanks Eelway! read more

It's a pity that not very many people know about Eelway because their service of luggage transportation is top notch. My family and I had used them during our last trip in Paris and we have nothing but great words to say about them and our experience with them. We had landed in Paris from Germany and were planning on staying there, but not until after our trip to Lourdes. This was a challenge because we'd brought tons of luggage with us for our 2.5 week Europe trip and didn't want to carry all the excess baggage with us while in Lourdes. Luckily, our hotel in Paris had agreed to help keep our things for us for the 2 days we were gone, but weren't able to retrieve them from us at the airport; we'd have to get them to the hotel ourselves. It would've have been a hassle to drive from the airport to the hotel, and back to just drop off our luggages hadn't it been for Eelway. The guys were waiting for us at the arrivals gate and immediately ziptied our suitcases and took pictures of them, before sending us off to catch our next flight. When we landed in Lourdes, we received confirmation from the hotel that our bags had arrived safely, thanks to Eelway. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone traveling in the Paris area and are in need of luggage delivery services! read more

We had an incredibly tough time getting through customs and ended up being over an hour late for our drop off. Our pick up concierge was so patient and waited for us to get through. We were able to drop off our bags and enjoy some time in Paris before checking into our Airbnb. We ended up getting locked out of our Airbnb right before the bags were supposed to be dropped off. We needed to do something with our luggage on the day of checkout of our Airbnb in Paris. Checkout was 11am and we had the whole day to spend before catching the Eurostar to London. They picked up our luggage promptly first thing in the morning and had it waiting for us at 3pm at a specific location in the Gard du Nord station. Eelway was great! So convenient! We had them pick up our bags at the airport instead of carrying them with us on a side trip down to Spain. They stored them for over a week and delivered them back to us at the airport. Saved us a ton of money, since we either would have had to store them at the airport (ridiculously expensive!) or we would have had to pay excess baggage on the regional carrier airlines down to Spain and back.
