The salmon was seared perfectly and doesn't fall apart into small pieces when you try to cut the fillet. The only downside is that they don't have an English menu which we struggled because only 2 in our group had beginner level in Dutch and everyone else speaks English, but you can get around that with their free WiFi and open Google Translate to figure it out. The wait staff also patiently explained their signature dishes. Price was quite reasonable as well

They had a special asparagus menu (seasonal) and also a special weekend menu. I order from the a la carte menu. Tried the salad with warm beacon and goat cheese, and a tournedos with a side dish for the main course. The salad was very tasty and well prepared. There was a bit too much goat cheese but other a perfect starter. The tournedos was order medium rare, but came closer to medium. It was served with fried mushrooms and bacon garnish in a red wine sauce. Over all very tasty and a good sized meal. I was very pleased. Has a glass of Santa Rosa Cabernet Sauvignon/Merlot with the meal, a suggestion of the waiter. The wine was a great match to the meal. The restaurant has a nice ambiance, the service is excellent and the food is great. I would certainly recommend it to others that are in the region.
