I've worked at a few English schools in Boston including some big ones like Kaplan. ASC has been a…read moregreat fit for me. I like that it's family-owned and not by a big corporation. This allows for ASC to provide lower prices with the same quality as the big schools. The environment is friendly and the 2 schools are conveniently located in Boston. One in downtown Boston and the other near Boston University. I really enjoy that the students and staff can feel like family here. I have personally met hundreds of students here from all over the world. Some of our current students come from Portugal, China, Brazil, Cape Verde, Mexico, Vietnam, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Angola, among others. Also, the ASC staff actually have time to get to know the students and help them transfer to university. My coworkers are fun and interesting too. They come from all sorts of international backgrounds. I have met teachers and staff that have worked in Brazil, France, China, Korea, Spain, Czech Republic, among other places. The staff that works at the front desk, (Sophie, Meredith, Laurel, and Susie) do a great job getting to know the international students and they really seem to care about the individual students and their background. The teachers do a great job too and they are really the "heart" of ASC. I have seen teachers stay late to meet 1 to 1 with students and provide extra materials and guidance so the student can transfer to university. I observed a nice example the other day when the teacher Tyler stayed after class to individually review the mistakes that a student made on the exam and meet for over a half an hour. One last big difference that I have noticed is that the owners of the company are very involved in the school. They actually take time to meet students and they participate in activities with students. They both come from international backgrounds and really seem to understand the feelings and needs of the students and staff. Overall my experience at ASC has been very positive and I'd recommend it to a friend. :)

One more thing I want to mention about ASC, they should teach some of their students how to use a bathroom first. Kitchen and bathrooms are next to each other and you can smell sh*t while you having your lunch or a little mouse can say hi to you. Pretty disgusting...

I spent about a year in the United States and studied English at Boston Language Hub. Our instructor was always professional, supportive, and genuinely invested in her students' progress. She adapted each lesson to fit each student's individual needs and level, and I was especially happy to see how much my daughters' speaking skills and confidence grew during the year. I also appreciated the flexibility of the program. Jasmyne, the director, was always helpful in arranging schedules that worked for our family, making it easier for us to continue learning despite our busy lives. One of the things I valued most was the focus on American culture and everyday life. The lessons were relevant, interactive, and practical, helping me feel more comfortable communicating and living in the United States. I highly recommend Boston Language Hub to international students and families who want to improve their English and adjust to life in America. Finally, I would like to thank Lusine once again for your support and dedication. As the teacher for both my daughters and me, you made our English-learning journey enjoyable, meaningful, and rewarding! We'll miss you.

I though that I would miss my family, my country, or my culture, but being able to spend the day with people from around the world is just priceless and makes me appreciate even more where I came from, and who I am. The quality of the classes didn't have comparison, they are the BEST LANGUAGE SCHOOL IN BOSTON. The teachers at BSML treated me like family, and all the staff made me feel at home. The building is awesome! and I like the fact that there are many activities every day. There's was a brand new table tennis table, a foosball table, baseball gloves and balls, soccer balls and every couple of months the school runs a tournament and provide snacks and drinks for everyone, that was one of the things I enjoyed the most, not to mention my ability to write this review, which months ago, It would have been impossible for me. :)
