UDA is a great construction software platform. I have been using them since 2002. Like any software…read moreit has it's strengths and its weaknesses. I have yet to find any other piece of software that works better(with the exception of procore which is around $20K per year). I no longer run a construction company and now act as a consultant for construction firms. I highly recommend that you seriously look at UDA for your company. Here are my biggest benefits: 1. Professional looking output. No matter how you run your business, UDA will make your customer paperwork stand out as completely professional. 2. Organization. This depends on how much effort you put into UDA, but even a small effort will drastically improve your jobs. 3. Centralized data. UDA lets you put in LOADS of information. That information goes in once, no need to double enter it. IF you use Quickbooks or SAGE you then sync to your financials. 4. Impressive CRM. Just as a CRM tool, UDA is impressive. The csuite lets you get pretty creative, scheduling future emails, letting you build custom forms. I love this tool. Salesforce is obviously a step up, but I doubt most firms would ever need salesforce when using UDA.
