Jessie and Ami in the 3-6 class are wonderful, can't say enough good things about them. The 3-6 class typically has 20-25 students. The 6-9 and 9-12 classes are quite small, which can be a pro or con depending on what you're looking for, but the kids seem to be happy/thriving. If you are interested in traditional Montessori, give this place a look. Extras during the week include music, art, Spanish, Muse Machine (which is awesome), and phys-Ed (has included yoga, martial arts and dance). They have a playground, before/after school care, and a number of family and parent social events during the year. Communication with parents is good. If I have one criticism, it is that I wish they went outside more on some of the colder winter days, but I'm from a colder state so I may be biased.

It wasn't until a stranger found him along a busy 5 lane road did they realize he was missing from their supposed care. (The day of the incident the assistant director was unable to even provide documentation or even verbally communicate the school policy for proper child accountability!) While they have a charge of child neglect on their record, this for-profit school refused to inform any of the other parents of the incident. Unsurprisingly they have blocked me from their Facebook page so please spread the word and don't let this act of negligence continue to get swept under the rug (They only fired one of the two teachers responsible!! Sadly school video cameras revealed this second teacher was still not following proper procedure even after the incident and remained employed). All families who entrust their children to people at Beavercreek Inspire Montessori should know the quality of care, or lack their of, they are receiving. We have been at Creative World of Montessori since 2019 (my child's preschool, kindergarten, first,…read moreand second grade). We loved the school and felt our child was in a supportive, nurturing, yet balanced environment. Then this current school year came. Our child's lead teacher abruptly quit. We still haven't been notified by the administration as to why this change, only complaints from the current teacher and no answers from the principal when I talked on the phone and email and in person to both the teacher and principal. We only left these conversations feeling more confused (no answers or solutions, only projection and gaslighting). My child's classroom has not been a pleasant one and we have been unable to effectively communicate or resolve issues with the current teacher.  Then, the principal quit. We have made the difficult yet necessary decison to take our child out of this school mid-year. I do not recommend this school for your child. Too many secrets and not enough clear communication. When there is not clear and transparent communication, push back when I ask questions about my child's learning, and an obvious disconnect from teachers and administration, I do NOT trust the people who are in charge of my child's safety and learning for an entire day. We hate this school so much we are willing to leave money on the table for the sake of our family's mental well-being. We are so disappointed in you, CWCC inc. (company that owns Creative World of Montessori).

When you bring these concerns up to the director, she is unable to do anything but give excuses. As a parent who pays so much in tuition for this location, I would expect you to understand how to address concerns and issues with your teachers behaviors especially when they come from many parents. Utilizing an anonymous parent survey would allow you to see the magnitude of dissatisfaction with Rachel.

The teacher and assistant in 9-12 were consistently unkind and had erratic behaviors. Especially the assistant, she often shamed children for not knowing things and would yell at children in the hallway in front of parents. We ended up moving, which is unfortunate. They seem to have a wonderful middle school program with a coffee shop business. But it's not worth your child being berated daily for three years.
