Come to find out they were experiencing shipping delays due to the carrier's end (work shortage and wildfires...according to them). And boy did I needed some shoes bad. I look everywhere and no one even seem to have the shoe I want or an option to do curbside pick up because I can't go in the stores and being in contact with crowds like I used to. When Rack Room Shoes popped up in my search engine and I saw immediately they did curbside pick up. I was so excited and I was actually to get a much cuter shoe than what I originally ordered. Then they had a buy one get one 50% off, so I was able to treat myself to another pair of shoes which was much less than the shoes I bought in the first place. They were very quick to send a notification that my order was rrsgot to get them curbside, the only thing is the parking was pretty crazy which I understand at this location, but it's not the store's fault. I was really appreciative of one of the associates was kind enough to bring the shoes outside to me regardless because I wasn't parked in a designated spot. You all really made my birthday special for that act of kindness, cute variety of shoes, and great deals! Thank you!!!

The store seemed pretty well organized, and the ladies working were friendly and helpful, which made it about as painless as shoe shopping with a man can be. The Chuck E. Cheese is next door so there was some weird thumping and bumping from their games, but that's not exactly under their control.
