There was a free community garden with a limit number of plots you could hopefully win in a lottery. Kristy and Liz in the office were fantastic and seemed to know all of the residents and truly care about them. It felt like a community where neighbors knew one another and got along. Fast forward a year and a half and management changed hands. Breakfast on the go changed to only the last Friday of the month and quickly after that was canceled all together. The emails we used to get about events going on in the community were changed to emails at least once a week regarding rules and newly imposed fines. They began charging $100 a year for a plot in the community garden. When mom wanted to pay this price they changed it to $50, still no one wants to pay for something that used to be fun and free so the plots are unused by residents and festering with weeds. I used to enjoy walking along the nature trail every evening. The weeds on the nature trail have grown past my waist and after sending two emails requesting that the nature trail be mowed it still has not happened. (Every resident pays a fee for landscaping each month by the way.) Screening for residents moving in has seemed to become non existent. There is dog poop everywhere you walk and the response by management is to send numerous emails reminding you to pick up after your pet, but there are obviously no repercussions for not picking up your pet poop because it is everywhere. They no longer send out the monthly newsletter, if you want one you have to go by the main office (hopefully it is open, more than half the time it is not) and get one. Lizette in the office is very nice, but she can not do everything, no one person can. Devin is NEVER in the office and leaves Lizette to handle everything. To see the decline of Leo is truly a shame because we did truly enjoy living there and the houses themselves are beautiful and I have no complaints about them. Do better Leo and start caring about your residents again.

They made the process seamless, everything is done online, which makes it easy for busy individuals or people relocating from another state. The premises is beautiful, with homes for all family sizes with amazing amenities, from a salt water pool, gym, library, meeting room, office, pool house, rec center, you name it they have it. They also cater to families with small pets. They have dog park, trail, dog was facilities. Leo at the Sanctuary is close to the 95 Interstate, Savannah, Georgia, and South Charleston. Looks like a great place to reside.

SET-THE-TREND MOVING & STORAGE IS THE BOMB and Cliff is the guru of moving and logistics!…read moreWe moved to Pooler from California in November of 2021. We had a big house in California so we had three big storage units filled to the ceilings as we waited for our house to be built. After a year of living in a small apartment, we finally were able to close on our house...but who to call in a town where we knew NO ONE...? Thankfully, our daughter had moved from California also and her cross-country mover used SET-THE-TREND MOVING & STORAGE at this end of the journey. She said they had been very good and gave us their number and the rest, as they say, is history! Cliff came out and gave us a very reasonable estimate (and stayed true to it) considering the logistics of what we were needing him to do. He also worked out the logistics since not only were we moving from the storage units and the apartment were were needed to end up with just one small storage unit so it necessitated moving between storage units. We were also transporting a few big items between our house and our daughter's home. Cliff worked it out and came up with three days for the entire move; he was right on the time! Cliff and his cadre of very strong men made quick work of emptying our three huge storage units, one two bedroom apartment and moving the items we were sending over to our daughter's home. Logistically, it could have been a nightmare. However, due to Cliff's analytical mind, it was a three day affair that went so smoothly and quickly I couldn't believe it; it just seemed to be too easy. However, that's the beauty of Cliff's leadership and his men's work ethic. They absolutely killed it! We couldn't have been more pleased with how the move went. Everyone was so kind and gentlemanly from introducing themselves to us as they came in the house to Cliff's amazing advice on where he thought a piece of furniture might work better...he was spot on and I so appreciated his help. I told him he was a better decorator than I was! I confess this move was overwhelming to me; prior to our move to Georgia we had been in the same home for almost 45 years. Cliff and the guys were so good at what they do, they kept me calm. They were always on-time, took reasonable lunches and moved quickly. My hubby and I are both disabled and if any of the guys caught us moving anything, they were quick to insist on doing it for us. We were SO impressed! By the end of the move, we felt as if we were saying good-bye to wonderful friends for that is how we view them now. Folks, you won't go wrong choosing Set-The-Trend Moving & Storage. There are a lot of moving scams out there and it can be scary trying to find a company that will take excellent care of your furniture (and your home) and not hold it hostage at the end, extorting their customers for more money. Cliff and his men were absolutely fantastic and we couldn't be more pleased and thankful we found them!!!

Absolutely horrible service. Left us waiting with multiple excuses as to why they didn't show up…read more Uneducated and unprofessional people. DO NOT TRUST your belongings to Cliff or anyone at this company. Relatively sure that this company is not licensed or insured.
