Julie is so friendly and made everything so easy for me- from leasing, to choosing the perfect apartment unit, maintenance requests and planning events for us. The fitness area is great. And i love that I could use both facilities in Bowery 1 and 2. The sauna is awesome and the rooftop terrace! The neighbors are quiet and friendly. I highly recommend this place as it has a special place in my heart!!

The electric bills are arbitrarily adjusted based on whatever they feel like charging you. They do not tell you how much electricity was drawn from the unit's meter when you pay the bills.
