The waiting area is tight due to limited space amongst the hair products but when Jennifer M approached me, on time, she greeted me with a welcoming smile. Today was the last straw, after she first postponed his appointment to start 20 minutes late, and then followed up to tell him she was double-booked, and could he come an hour later than his original time. I've only been hearing this saga second-hand, but as someone who formerly did massage therapy myself, this is not how a professional businessperson handles herself. It's unfortunate, because she may be an excellent massage therapist, but she's killing her own reputation with her unreliability, poor customer service and lack of respect for other people's time.
