Easy for one member of party with mobility issues to get in/out. Many of us felt like our sinuses were improved. Chairs were comfy. Cute shopping in the same building. Can wear socks or not as you prefer. Person at the check in desk was very helpful and also watched all our coats and purses for us which was nice. -s: the room was colder than we expected even with the blankets they supply. I wish I would have brought more clothing to wear. This did not detract from the experience greatly - would highly recommend. There is also an infrared sauna room in the same business but we did not have the chance to check it out. Looked awesome too!
