Brenda would not be satisfied until she re-did the work previously completed to ensure the accuracy of the results. I have gone to h&r block for quite a few years to get my taxes done. I get my cash back with the…read morewestern union money order. When these stupid dc bank mastercards came out the person I had filed with told me that the mastercard was my only option to receive my return in a cash back. I had alot of problems with the card and lost a lot of my return. I filed again the next year. I asked the agent who was filing my return if I had to get the card again if I wanted cash back. He said that no they still have the money order from western union. I have never done the cash back on the mastercard again. This year i filed and the agent was trying to sell me on the card. I informed her of all the issues I had in the past. She assured me they changed and it's way better now. I opted for the money order then all of a sudden I couldn't receive it that way because their machine was busted. I had to get the card. I just tried transferring the balance to myself. It took my refund from the card but I never received it. I couldn't find anywhere to cancel it. I went to call customer service and it went straight to voicemail 6 times. These cards for our refunds were the stupidest idea ever. They never work. They rip you off and they have no customer service. I am happy with h&r block but if you tell me I have to get this stupid card again you will lose me as a client. Dc bank you suck!!!!
