Overcharged..feel as if I was taken advantage of as a single woman senior citizen..Eggers CHARGED ME $725.00 for only a 20 lb water pressure tank install.. nothing else..when they are $210.00 at Lowe's and they home Depot. Our well pump went out just before 3:00 PM on 11.2.2022 and we called around and got his name from a friend Frank Nobles (Nobles Landscaping & Tree Service.) When calling Eggers Well Service, Barry was on a job himself but, he got a team out to us in less than 30 minutes. Great team, the guys are matched well (no pun intended) together and everything went smooth and those personalities, you couldn't ask for more. Eggers well service is awesome. They came out the same day that I called. Took the time to explain what was wrong with my well in a way I could understand. Even though I have an outdated well, they tracked down the part I needed and solved my problem right away. Their prices are very reasonable. Excellent customer service! My well tank sprung a leak on a Sunday evening. I called Eggers Well Service at 8:30 that night expecting to leave a message that I anticipated would go unanswered until the next day; however, Barry answered the phone and I was able to schedule an appointment for the next morning. I had a new tank installed in less than 24 hours after realizing the leak was due to rust spots from a 60 year old tank that was on its last leg. Barry understands that people really care about having water and he makes getting them back up and running his priority. You just can't beat that kind of customer service...professional, friendly, courteous, and the price was very reasonable. Egger's Well Service is definitely my new well guy!
