Called for service around 8am on this Thursday. They answered the phone and said they'd be out in…read moreabout 3 hours. About 3 hours and 15 minutes later, they're driving through the gate. Quickly diagnosed the problem that my well pump was at the end of its life cycle. It was 12 years old. They were gone within 2 hours after pulling the pump 100 ft out of ground, and installing another new pump, repairing piping and thanking me. The 3 service guys were quick, polite, efficient.
