However, they've seem to be organized and I was in and out within 30 mins. But there are several factors to consider. I came right before it opened, and yes I still had to park a mile away. There was already a line outside prior to the doors opening up. I also purchase my child's uniform shirts beforehand. There's the option to buy shirts there but that's also another separate line. So in all, there are 3 lines. One to buy shirts, one to buy the logos/patches, and one to press the logo on the shirts. I was able to omit the shirt line and went straight to the purchasing the patches and then once I purchased them, I joined the line to press the logos on the shirts I already purchased at Old Navy overall, good experience. Around $40 to purchase 5 patches/logos. Employees are kind and helpful and everything seems to be organized and not chaotic. Praying all our babies have a fun and safe school year!

I contacted Ibiley and was told they had accidentally shipped my order to the wrong address, which was completely an error on their part. I was then told they had corrected the address and shipped the item again. Another week passed, and still nothing. Then, completely unexpectedly, I received an email stating that I had been refunded--but NOT for the full amount I paid. The amount refunded was almost $10 short from what I originally paid. I contacted customer service to find out what happened. I was told the order had been canceled and refunded. When I questioned the missing money, I was told that I was responsible for the shipping cost. Um... what shipping cost?! My original order clearly showed FREE SHIPPING, and I had documentation proving that the amount I paid was exactly the price of the item ordered. I provided that documentation to the representative, yet they continued insisting that I was responsible for a shipping charge that was never part of my original purchase. To recap: * I paid for an item I never received. * Ibiley shipped my order to the wrong address due to an error on their end. * I was told the order was reshipped, but I still never received it. * The order was ultimately canceled and refunded. * Ibiley then kept approximately $10 of my money by claiming I owed a shipping charge that was not included in my original order and, more importantly, an item I never received!!! At that point, I had no choice but to contact my bank and dispute the full charge. Mistakes happen but what matters is how a company handles those mistakes. Unfortunately, Ibiley's customer service made an already frustrating situation even worse by refusing to acknowledge their error and insisting on keeping money that is clearly not theirs to keep. Horrible experience from start to finish. Very disappointed with both the shipping and, especially, the customer service.
