This has to be the best printing company in Miami! Long story short, we have a basketball organization in homestead and we ordered their game day warm ups with another company who got backed up and was not able to get us our order on time. We called R&L at noon & had our first game at 6pm the same day. R&L without hesitation got our information and was able to get our jerseys by 5pm!!! Everything came out perfect! Exactly like we asked for. Not to mention the entire staff was amazing! Super friendly, accommodating, patient, and just nice! Not to mention their prices were more than reasonable. The male there was the first person we spoke with & he was so polite. And the owner Vivian who is also an approved vendor for Miami Dade schools was extremely helpful & sweet. Tried to do 5000 silk laminated with spot uv both sides and they needed more than a week to do the job. I guess they can only handle regular business cards up to 1000 or something. Pretty disappointing. Response: I tried doing business with you and you turn me down. That is pretty negative for a business. I was ready to pay and all my files were ready. I just called another printing company and they will have it in 2 days. So you earned the negative for sure. Dont know how you want to make money turning people down and wanting to charge for rush... 1 hole week to do some business cards? you need to step up your game. The service was okay I walked in and nobody greeted me the lady (I believe she was the owner) was sitting at her computer and looked at me. I introduced myself and said I needed prints. I gave her my flash drive and she took it to her desk. I asked nicely if I could step behind the counter to her desk to show her what I wanted. I decided to come here because the reviews were so good and I was desparate for prints. They said they normally don't do prints but posters. So I was ok with having poster quaility prints for my table. I was printing some pinup pictures for Pinned Miami. I needed 8x10 prints and a banner. The prints came out to be $1.00 each with the boarder cut not bad for pricing. But the quality of them were really bad. The colors were off and it looked grainy. Most if the pics I gave were 300dpi. She also told me she needed at least 300 dpi. I have seen good quality poster prints too these were not one of them. I guess it was because I ordered them 2 days ahead the quality was not so good? I'm not sure but I would not come here for posters. I also ordered a small banner for my booth and it was pretty pricey for something really simple. It did come on a good quality type banner that could be used indoor or outdoor and had grommets so I could hang them. The lady said it was up to me for what size I needed. I asked her advice what would be good for a normal 6ft table she didn't give me a straight answer. I ended up ordering a 1'x3' banner came to like $45. It had maybe 2 colors on it and probably took them 5 min to make. I will give her credit for having my prints on time for something I asked for last minute. I am a big procastinator. Next time I will go to a special print lab for photo posters. read more
