They have a payment portal that accepts debit cards so you don't have pay the 3.5% credit card fee or mail a check, but both of those are options. They have some financing options, but I didn't look in detail. They were booking 4-5 weeks out, but it can vary. The fence did take 2 partial days due to weather interfering (it's a small yard), but they came back on Saturday to finish rather than waiting until the next week, which I wouldn't have expected. They confirm the exact date of installation a couple days in advance. The fence is still very new, but it looks good. I'll update if needed. The part that really prompted me to write this is they had put up a dented gate, which I didn't realize was temporary. I noticed but decided not to be difficult and complain. They called a week and a half later and said they saw it was dented and the new gate was ready (had to be made custom) and would be installed the next day. I am impressed they actually cared enough to provide a new one one, unprompted, and installed the initial gate so that my dog could roam freely in the meantime. It seems they actually care about doing a good job.

I recently had Select Fencing replace the 6' privacy fence around my property, and I couldn't be…read morehappier with the results. Since my house sits on a double lot with an automatic gate, this was a fairly involved project, so I got bids from three different companies before deciding who to hire. Casey Arnold, the owner, stood out from the start. He was personable and easy to work with, and his bid was not only the most competitive of the three but also by far the most detailed. Where the other estimates were vague, Casey's spelled out specifics like post depth, the amount of concrete used, the type of fasteners, and hand-picked lumber. That level of transparency gave me real confidence going into the project. Casey and his crew showed up on time and worked with genuine care throughout -- both tearing out the old fence and installing the new one. They were mindful of my landscaping as well as my neighbor's, and nothing was damaged in the process. The finished fence looks fantastic -- the top line is perfectly level from end to end, which really shows the attention to detail that went into it. The whole job was also completed on schedule. If you're looking for a local, small business that combines fair pricing with real craftsmanship and professionalism, I'd recommend Select Fencing without hesitation.

I chose Select Fencing based on their positive reviews, but unfortunately my experience has not…read morematched that. Early in the process, they removed a gate I had specifically asked to keep. I let it go at the time, but in hindsight it reflects a lack of attention to detail on the initial installation. I wish I had paid closer attention at the time of install. While the fence looked great at first, multiple issues have come up within six months. There are nails protruding through several areas, some boards were never properly attached, and both gates have repeatedly failed to function correctly--we often have to force them open just to get in and out of the yard. A wooden topper has also come loose and is now flapping in the wind. To their credit, they did respond to my initial concerns, but new problems continue to surface. Taken together, this raises concerns about the overall quality and durability of the work. I would recommend thoroughly inspecting the installation before considering the job complete.

Over four very hot days, a different team showed up and all of them were excellent, polite, respectful, diligent, and supported each other. Their effort, strength, and team-work were amazing. They cleaned up the front and back yards each day. The owner of Accurate Tree communicated with me regularly. I recommended them to my brother and he agrees that this company is wonderful, and well-organized. I am proud to say that every word in this review is true and I hope many families have the same experience. I thank and appreciate every member of Accurate Tree that worked at my home.

He tried to get a hold of his boss, but he was in a meeting. Next day we call them and he said, 'we'll do another estimate' - so then another guy comes over, and he quoted $5,400 for half the work (2 trees versus 5) -- arguably more expensive than the $10,000 quote. Seriously? I need these trees dealt with before they cause a bigger issue (one was struck by lightning and already had a branch fall off). Well, they said they had some guy who was giving incorrect estimates that no longer works for the company. Does that sound like a reasonable story? A guy you employed was giving estimates, you were scheduling the jobs, and then, what? You fired him because you realized you can charge double to seniors in need of urgent work? By the way, we had another company that did more work for $3,400 -- arguably cheaper than your original "incorrect" quote. I guess legally you have the right to refuse to honor an estimate (although if one of your customers cancels you charge a 10% penalty - isn't that ironic?), and there was no bad outcome here (thankfully) other than a massive waste of our time. But frankly, there is dubious trustworthiness here... Related to which, why does your estimate form say you have a 5.0 Yelp rating when the actual rating is 4.3?
