Casey and his crew showed up on time and worked with genuine care throughout -- both tearing out the old fence and installing the new one. They were mindful of my landscaping as well as my neighbor's, and nothing was damaged in the process. I let it go at the time, but in hindsight it reflects a lack of attention to detail on the initial installation. I wish I had paid closer attention at the time of install. While the fence looked great at first, multiple issues have come up within six months. There are nails protruding through several areas, some boards were never properly attached, and both gates have repeatedly failed to function correctly--we often have to force them open just to get in and out of the yard. A wooden topper has also come loose and is now flapping in the wind. To their credit, they did respond to my initial concerns, but new problems continue to surface. Taken together, this raises concerns about the overall quality and durability of the work. I would recommend thoroughly inspecting the installation before considering the job complete.

The fence did take 2 partial days due to weather interfering (it's a small yard), but they came back on Saturday to finish rather than waiting until the next week, which I wouldn't have expected. They confirm the exact date of installation a couple days in advance. The fence is still very new, but it looks good. I'll update if needed. The part that really prompted me to write this is they had put up a dented gate, which I didn't realize was temporary. I noticed but decided not to be difficult and complain. They called a week and a half later and said they saw it was dented and the new gate was ready (had to be made custom) and would be installed the next day. I am impressed they actually cared enough to provide a new one one, unprompted, and installed the initial gate so that my dog could roam freely in the meantime. Our salesperson estimated that our fence repair would take 4-8 hours. He explained that the company subcontracts repair work and books labor in half-day or full-day blocks, at $750 or $1,500 respectively. Based on his estimate of the scope of work, I agreed to a full day of labor. The written estimate sent later that day initially overstated the cost by about $600, which was later corrected and approved. On the day of the repair, the crew arrived on time but had been given incomplete information and brought only half of the required materials. They were able to return to the shop, pick up the remaining parts, and complete the repair by lunchtime. Once work began, the repair itself took just over two hours. Despite this, I was charged for a full day of labor. I tried to discuss my concern with the owner, but was referred back to the salesperson, who indicated that no adjustment was possible. The repair work itself was well done and the installation team was great, but my experience with the company left me feeling I'd been suckered.

Jeremy reassured me he would work with the insurance company for a reinspection then stopped responding to messages. He reappeared at my door months later--unannounced. He explained that he was working for himself and would love to move forward. His explanation for disappearing was 1) a diabetes diagnosis and 2) he was no longer with the company due to unethical business practices. I told Jeremy I would let him know if I wanted to do business. He continued texting me to replace my roof after I made it clear I was not interested. I thought I finally got rid of him, until he showed up at my house--unannounced AGAIN, now working with this company.
