We're all human and we get stressed. However, in my mind that is no excuse to be so dismissive toward a potential client. Hire an assistant to answer phones, offer to take my name and number, or at least just don't be so condescending in your tone. In the 20 seconds I was on the phone with him he left a horrible impression. I can understand how other reviewers felt his demeanor was abrasive.
