If you want/need an agent to advocate for you, look elsewhere. We were very disappointed in the way our claim was handled. Melissa took over the policy and was able to offer new coverage at 2/3rds of the cost with an equally reputable carrier. Her agency was also able to process the loss assessment claim for my town house with a minimum of fuss. The agency is a keeper.
