The service is superb. In addition, to all well known brands there is the Eiluj makeup line. The staff will gladly assist you in choosing the appropriate tinted moisture as the seasons change or assist you in finding any product you may need. My go to place for gifts. The staff will assist you in finding an appropriate gift. They will wrap the gift beautifully and mail it for you. I'm a brow person...which is to say my brows are my life. After a horrendous experience at European Wax Center in the summer before a big event, I was left without anywhere to go. And then I discovered EILUJ. Such a cute little shop. Very well merchandized. I went in for brows and ended up buying eyeshadow and hair clips, too. I loved that there wasn't any aggressive upselling. The owner, Julie, was lovely, as was Marina the aesthetician, Emma the makeup artist and Sophia the sales associate. Really happy with my brows and am already -- 20 minutes later -- wearing one of the hair clips. read more

So i was in need of a make up update; getting older, needing more moistur etc. I was looking for a quality moisturizing and light foundation. My sister had benn going to eiluge for years so i went with her over the weekend. Sadly a disappointing experience. First I felt pressured to buy the most expensive product. Then the make up artist tried some foundation on me, I thought it was too dark and yellow; my sister and mother immediately said it looked like a mask, but the make up artist told me "many people with my coloring choose this", and then she walked away and began helping someone else. I was not offered anything to remove the foundation, and was completely dismissed. Nothing ruins an experience more than being told you are wrong and then treated like you are not worth their time. I will not go back. My family noticed , and they will not be returning either. The "make up artist" needs some people skills. read more

Ileana is a dream! She totally rocked my eyebrows and reshaped them. I was very unhappy with the shape and no one could get it right. Ileana assessed me immediately and was fast and professional as well as sweet. The other women in the shop were also great (I'll probably use Sue to do my wedding makeup) and they carry the best products including the whole line of Mario Badescu, which is amazing and rarely carried anywhere. This is NOT the place for a facial. The treatment room is too small and noisy. (It's in the back of the store and you can hear the customers.) The music track was interrupted by commercials. The esthetician had her phone buzzing with texts and calls throughout the facial. And, she left me in the treatment room for 15 minutes without the AC turned on during the heat wave of Summer 2019. On top of everything, they charged $175! Definitely not worth the time or money. It was not the relaxing experience I was looking for. On the positive side, the products seemed pretty good. I was recently there to get eye brows done with my daughter. We had Iliana do our eyebrows and we were blown away with her work. She is a true master with eye brows. My daughter and I loved what she did. We had gotten our eye brows done by Dita before and liked it. However, Iliana's work was by far the best. My eye brows have never looked better and we will definitely go back to her next time. I also intend to get a facial by Iliana as I hear she is amazing! read more

I have gone to Dita for my eyebrows since last year after having them be thin and completely ruined from threading before from malls and she completely changed the shape and thickness! Now I get them done once a month and will never go anywhere else!! She is the best. I also have been going to Terri for hydro facials and microdermabrasion for 2-3 years and my skin has transformed. Best of the best. I've been buying makeup from Eiluj for a few years and I've been very happy with their selection of name brands. Shopping locally is so important to me so I'm glad I can find what I would typically get in Sephora here in Katonah. They introduced their own makeup line, which converted me fast from other brands. Julie's products are luxurious, high-end quality. I use the lipstick, blush, eyebrow powder and eyebrow brush. All wonderful. I *would* have liked to experience one of Ileana's facials. (I've had multiple eyebrows groomings with her and have been pleased each time.) I made an appointment a week before, booked a babysitter, and received a confirmation call the night before. Alas, when I showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment I was told that I would have to wait 30 minutes for my appointment because they were backed up with a waxing. I'm paying a sitter $20/hour to wait? No thanks.... Julie was very apologetic but if you don't take your business and clients seriously, I can't take your business seriously, either. I see Dita for my eyebrow waxes/shaping, and she is amazing, no exaggeration. I'm incredibly picky - I've been through beauticians elsewhere who have taken too much hair, too little hair, or haven't been able to shape my brows well. Dita listened to exactly what I wanted during my first appointment with her and since then, she has been helping my eyebrows develop both the fullness and arch that I've been after. I was excited to find the most amazing high end products and great customer service. We were welcomed to look around and shop, offered services on a walk in basis, with an amazing European Aesthetician on site, for Brow Sculpting, waxing and facials. Ileana corrected and tinted my eyebrows and I was also offered a complementary makeover by Katty, their newest makeup artist with most background experience from CHANEL .I had a blast and I hope this will make you go and enjoy yourself too. Lynn C's experience couldn't be more different than mine. First, let me start with the store. I have been going to Eiluj since moving to Northern Westchester from NYC over 2 years ago. I find Julie the owner and staff to be extremely knowledgeable about each of the brands they carry. And, they carry a lot. They have the largest selection of products (lotions, makeup, candles, lip balms, makeup cases, etc) I have seen in an independent store. Gifts that are not only good for you (who doesn't deserve a pick me up) but make great teachers, tutors, birthday and holiday gifts. Now, specifically about the facials, I have been getting there since going to Eiluj. I started going to Ileana for eyebrow shaping because of her previous employment/relationship with Eliza, from NYC. The stress of moving, starting my two children in new schools and commuting to NYC for work took a tool on my skin. Ileana was FANTASTIC. She created a relaxing environment and before giving me my facial she asked many questions - what I was looking for her to do?, how I care for my skin?, etc. She didn't do anything without asking/explaining what she was doing and what the product was meant to do. I have had many facials over the years (including going to some very high-end Derms who have since some out with their own skin care lines) and would put Ileana at the very top. I have continued to see Ileana and she has continued to help me with various skin related problems (dry skin in winter, etc). I even have my mother from Queens coming up to see her. Personally, I would never do anything new or drastic days before a big event of special occasion (eg Christmas) nor would I complain if I agreed to what was being done to me.
