Recently, I opted to receive a medium intensity massage. Honestly, I didn't notice anything different. It was still pretty intense. I suppose I can request a light massage in the future, but I really need deep tissue massage by the time I break down and finally decide to part with my money. They take both credit cards and cash. They accept walk-ins. I always call ahead, although recently I have been using text messages to schedule my appointments. I typically get hour or hour and a half appointments. Just before the end of the massage, I found that the room door was half open and the masseuse had not bothered to close it. I did even know when it was opened. I had to ask her to close it! 2. After the massage, I was looking for my husband who was supposed to be waiting in the lounge area but I didn't find him there. The large TV was blasting loud and the masseuses were just laughing out loud at some TV show. And my husband was in the car out in the cold. My husband said that soon after I went in to the room, the receptionist rudely told him that he could not wait inside and insisted that he waited outside. When he asked why, he was told that customers would not want to see people waiting inside. What was that? A decent guy with a book and a tablet could not wait in the large lounge while his wife, a paying customer was in the spa?? Had I known how bad they treated my husband, I would've walked out without getting their massage.
