I've bought several supplements online from them totaling abt $300. I thought it would be the start of a great supplement relationship. I ordered their Berberine 2-19-24. It's 3-13-24. Hasn't been delivered. I had sent emails and chats but Crickets so I called them. A secretary answered. She's not nice or helpful. I asked if she could help me find them. NO. Refund? since she told me it hadn't been delivered. NO. Send a replacement? NO. I could pay for another one tho (?). I asked to speak to someone above her. NO. She's the only one available. I also had bought Vitality Drops/zeolite. I'd read an article that said zeolite actually re-toxing your body w aluminum and lead. I asked to have a report sent to me about it having been cleansed of these heavy metals. Crickets. I asked, while on the phone if I could return one of the two bottles of Vitality Drops that had been unopened. She was happy to tell me NO. It was after the 7 day return window. She is not an asset to this business but I also have to say she got that 'NO' from somewhere (the boss?) so I do not care for their customer service or business. Make sure to pay the extra for tracking and really make sure you want whatever product they're selling. Burned early here but ready to let it go. I didn't anything but 5 star reviews on their site where I left reviews for the several hundred dollars worth of stuff I bought so my reviews probably won't make it on there but I know Yelp won't let them erase an honest review read more

I came in to this office because I was receiving traditional Chiropractic, which addressed my needs for about two days. Jessica was very warm and friendly, and Dr. Nick was thorough, professional and gentle. I didn't know going to the Chiropractor didn't have to be scary! The best part, my plantar fasciitis is GONE. This is the worst experience I've ever encountered from any office. I should have known when they actually didn't touch me to adjust me that this was some crock of shit. The doctor was loopy as hell. The receptionist had no idea what she was doing. They ran my insurance told me it was accepted and came back 7 months later, a letter was mailed to me saying that was my last statement. Anything after that was going to be turned over for collection. I am never late on anything. And my mother works for the big 3 I have great insurance. So why would I go to your office knowing I'll have to pay out of pocket when I could go up the road a mile to an office who would take my insurance? Oh because you told me it was accepted. Although my insurance had no records of me even visiting a chiropractic office lmao. Which means the front desk girl never called to check. But being told it was accepted, I proceeded with two visits. Then when I paid she told me I had a $25 co pay. Whuich was never a copay. It was just $25 being deducted from my bill balance, which I had no idea about. I never received a statement saying I was 30, 60 or 90 days past due but got one for 120 days. The communication in this office is a joke along with the doctors who don't even adjust you. I paid the $150 just to end the bullshit, but be careful they don't get you in the same predicament. Just a phony way for them to make money because they're never busy. read more

I've seen chiropractors off & on since I was a teenager. However, for over 5 years I've no longer been able to go to traditional chiropractors because it caused me more pain & increased my migraines due to the way they would adjust my neck & back. Thankfully, I found Eximius Chiropractic because in just over a month of care by Dr. Nicholas Zyrowski, I'm in less overall pain & went from suffering from 1-2 migraines per week to having only 1 since mid July. I saw Dr. Nick that very day of my migraine & it was gone in less than 24 hours instead of lasting 2-3 days. My nueroligist at the beginning of July wanted to increase my pain & migraine medications again but I told him I was going to hold off to see if the chiropractor treatments would help, which of course he was skeptical. I can't wait for my follow-up with the nuerologist to tell him I do NOT need to increase my medications, instead I've been able to stop 1 entirely & reduced another one by 1/2 a dose.
