The niche, double urn, and nameplate were all paid for when my mom was laid to rest. So anyways last month on Mother's Day (May 14th) I noticed the joint name plate wasn't up. I called them and they said they forgot to order it and apologized. I wish I could forget my dad passed. So they said that they put it the rush order while on the phone with me and they would try to get it up on Father's Day. So yesterday was Father's Day and it still wasn't up. Called them this morning (June 19th) and was told it was ordered on the 1st of May (a lie), that they told me it would take up to three months (another lie, that wasn't mentioned to me at all) and that the time it takes for it to be made is out of their control. And this for a rush order. I am very furious with how my dad's final resting place has been handled and I want to warn others about this for when the time comes to lay their loved ones to rest. Do not come here if you want your loved ones treated with dignity after they are laid to rest.
