No, they credited my account and kept the slot machine that was worth a lot more than I paid for it. They lied and kept the items I bought. They knew it was worth a lot more than I paid for it so they found a way to not have me get the slot machine. If you do business with this company be ready to either loose your items you bought or won, or be ready for a legal outcome. Absolutely the worst business I have ever worked with.

I was a long term renter, having rented the same home for over 9 years. AG took over management of…read morethe property roughly two years ago. The house was over 100 years old and needed maintenance pretty regularly. For small repairs, AG was very responsive. But recently some larger things began to go wrong and the response was essentially zero. In March, I began to see wildlife, including stray cats, in my basement. After looking around the perimeter, i found that the foundation was beginning to collapse. AG sent a maintenance tech to look at it. They removed a plywood barrier in the basement and showed me that the wall was also collapsing inside. This was where animals were entering. The plywood was secured so that they could not enter the basement's main area and then nothing else was done, no further communication. Three months later, I noticed a hole in the plywood and again saw animals in the basement. An unknown creature chewed on wiring down there as well, causing a dangerous situation with the furnace running out of control. Temperature in the home reached over 100 degrees that day. AG again sent a tech to look at the basement. This time I asked for a timeline, as the situation was becoming really concerning and potentially dangerous and unsanitary. I was told they could not fix the issue and would do nothing until the owner approved. So at this point I have lived with a literally collapsing foundation and animal intrusion for 3 months. I then called Neighborhood Code, who found a slew of other violations in the home. A condemn and vacate order was issued and i moved out. AG was able to satisfy the items on the condemn order which included a sewage leak and unsafe wiring and just barely avoided the house being condemned. Not one person in their office apologized to me or asked if we had a safe place to go. There was absolutely zero compassion for me and my family. Their response has been to threaten me with the terms of the lease (by text message of course), as though the property can be rented to anyone in this condition. The foundation is still collapsing, outlets are not compliant in kitchen and bathrooms, none of the windows on the first floor are functional, etc., etc. Avoid at all costs. This is slumlord behavior. ​​I wish I could give zero stars.

After coming across several public comment threads, I was surprised and disappointed to see Ms. Ringger making remarks that came across as both rude and out of line. Especially towards a Child and his mother to be more specific. These comments were incredibly judgmental and out of line considering she works openly with the public and families at that. As a representative of Steffen Group, her public behavior reflects directly on the company as a whole. In an industry where professionalism, respect, and communication are key, I find this unacceptable. It's unfortunate, because choosing a real estate company is a significant decision, and the conduct of those representing it matters greatly. I sincerely hope Steffen Group takes feedback like this seriously, as public perception and client trust can be easily damaged by just one representative's actions.
